Ok... I found this was funnier than they probably intended, since there's a type of reactor, the CANDU (CAnada Deuterium Uranium) Reactor, and Mr Burns owns Springfield's Nuclear Power Plant. Burns loses his fortune and earns it back recycling.
Maybe I need to get out more often.
