There's a chimney sweep company in town called Step In TIme. Now I've got Dick Van Dyke singing in my head. In bad Cockney.

Just made a pot of coffee. That'll keep me going, plus a sinus thingy. That'll REALLY keep me going. Non drowsy. That's advertising for "speeeed".

Ok, thought it was going to be the last. Still puttering about. Today I got lucky. No, not like that... I checked my snail mail today, just to make sure the box was empty for the trip and surprise, surprise, I actually got something: a dvd of Unspeakable from Cult Cuts magazine. I'd forgotten I'd entered, so it was like mmmm Dark Christmas or something.
Watching the movie now, while finishing up all the little things, like clearing out my e-mailbox.
Kitchen's clean. No dirty dishes hiding anywhere. Bathroom's next.
Then I think I'll put in "The Little Girl Who Lives Down The Lane." OLD Jodi Foster. Young Martin Sheen.
After watching Ginger Snaps 2 today, I was reminded of the old classic. Hmmm. I remember the ads in the newspaper for that when I was a kid. There were movies I didn't get to see, especially back then, but the newspaper ads fascinated me.
(Still waiting for "The Town That Dreaded Sundown." Never seen the movie. But that ad... creeped me out. 1976. I would have been seven. And I still remember that feeling. Nifty.)
