Now I have to admit I've missed a lot of the newer episodes, but when did they introduce Serena as a lesbian? Was this the first mention of it? Not that I have a problem with this, obviously, but it seems like a bit of an impromptu revelation.

I wonder if is this just because she's like the only female ADA who hasn't slept with Jack McCoy :P

I think if they'd mentioned it before, L&O would be on the required watching list for the LGBT types out there. Like all the culturally and community oriented relevent shows out there, like "In The Life", "Tales of the City", "Will & Grace", "Golden Girls" and "Dynasty."

I just had a majorly messed up thought. What if it becomes one of these shows because of this? I have a mental image of a bunch of the Ladies at one of their Ladies bars, taking a sip every time Serena does something dykey.
