Mar. 10th, 2002 11:02 pmI'm back- got back last night. Was trapped next to a Beach woman for the flight home.
** Slang I'd -think- people would be smart enough to know not to use on a plane**: Da Bomb. "It's da bomb"
Stupid woman.
Work today was not unpleasant.
Wednesday- went to Toronto. Heavy cloud cover. Too much to make the CN Tower a viable spot. Went to the Royal Ontario Museum. WOW. Walked around Toronto, checked out bookstores. Found a copy of the most evil card game- Lunch Money. Had dinner at The Old Spaghetti House. Yum.
Thursday- Mellow day. shopped. Got some books, 1st edition of Skipp and Spectors The Scream and Deadlines
Friday- Saw Men With Brooms. Saw an early show so we had enough time to get pizza at Zehrs and then home in time to watch **CBC Comedies** This Hour Has 22 Minutes, The Red Greene Show, The Royal Canadian Air Farce, and Made in Canada. We taped it so I'll have it here in Virginia. Yeah, my life is *so* exciting.
Saturday- Flights home from heck. We stopped by Niagara Falls en route to Buffalo. Wow. Much more impressive than the American side. Plus the old old buildings there at the site. Pictures. Site. Soon.
Made it all the way home without once making a comment to the flight attendants about William Shatner, John Lithgow or monkeys on the wing.
Gordon Lightfoot question on the Weakest Link. It takes so little to make me happy
