He was always my favourite. "Riddle me this..."
It was in a Riddler story, the second episode, that a supporting character actually died. No other story had that edge to it.
Sigh.

Gorshin was true great. He was also an excellent impressionist, and his William F. Buckley was hilarious.

Dad took the family to go see him at the Alameda County Fair. He kept bribing us to sit through the boring grown-ups show by saying we would get to see the Riddler.
