What if Evey Hammond had a guitar?
Aug. 9th, 2006 11:41 amI was farking around with my new Vox account (Thanks Franklin!), playing with the video and pictures interface this morning when a wild notion hit me... I haven't seen the video for SexCrime 1984 by the Eurythmics in... let's say over a decade. OF COURSE YouTube has it.
Now I know the letter "V" is a classic propaganda symbol- V for Victory and all that, but seeing it on the wall in background... it struck me as funny.
In fact, you could probably convince some gullible youngsters that V For Vendetta was a remake of a film that was banned in the US, and show them this video as proof.
Heck, she's even wearing a black trench coat... the Wachowskis SO ripped this stuff off.
