Feb. 18th, 2007 06:26 pmBack home after a night at the parents.
I spent a chunk of last night sitting with my dad's dog, Skipper. Skipper has the canine equivalent of Alzheimers, and it was seeing him helpless and stumbly.
I can't begin to imagine how difficult it is for my father.
Yet another reason not to have attachments to animals and people and other things that can break your heart.
