To the degree that were I to try and leave Rabbit's house right now, we'd need Christopher Robin's help.
At my father's suggestion, last night we had dinner, buffet style, at Golden Corral. Apparently, it's not the sort of thing you do on a Saturday night. "Not the sort of thing you do" in the same degree as you don't drink battery acid or you don't stick a fork in an electrical socket.
My applewood-bacon wrapped chicken didn't suck, but that's their current promotion.
There were so many people. And I hate people in groups of more than, say, twenty. There were considerably more than twenty people there.*

Dad made up for the Golden Corral incident by suggesting tonight's dining spot: Rajput. Indian food. Buffet style, but so removed from the previous night's experience as to be a whole different world. Somekind of chickpea thing. Somekind of goat thing. Somekind of chicken things. I forgot my note book, so I don't have the exact dish names. But all of us went up for seconds on entrees and dad and I got seconds on desserts- mango custard and galup jamuns.
Much yummy.

Yesterday, mom and I saw Breach. A spy movie with no explosions, minimum of gunplay, no sex, few profanities. It's more George Smiley than James Bond. Not for the explodo crowd, it's a mature, quiet thriller, where one of the most suspenseful scenes involves a palmpilot download.
Really.
I was holding my breath.
Chris Cooper is creepy as heck as the traitorous Robert Hanssen, and I honestly didn't recognize Ryan Phillippe, Laura Linney, or Dennis Haysbert as themselves
I'm putting Breach on my list of dvd's to buy.

The Breach website has an FBI applicant exam that's kind of nifty. But fun paranoia moment: What if the FBI was monitoring the site? Remember the videogame recruiting rumours?
