Thanks to the warm, a total cozy warm from the radiator, I nearly missed posting tonight.
The parents took me to dinner tonight, Fellinis, and while I'm sure I've had worse meals I can't remember one. I ordered pasta with chicken, she brought meatballs; I should have been more assertive about it. The meatballs were not-a-spicy. Even the garlic bread was blah. Mom's eggplant apparently wasn't up to par as well. The last few visits there haven't been as good as it used to be.
A marked contrast to breakfast at Charlie's Cafe this morning. Yes, it was only eggs, bacon, grits, toast and coffee, but it was good eggs, bacon, grits, toast and coffee. Thanks to JL for dragging me away from the busstop this morning.

Yesterday, breakfast wasn't happening either. D'egg is great, but all the darn tourists slowed things down I guess- usually I can have everything taken care of in twenty or so minutes. But saturday I was late for work- by ten minutes. That's twelve too many.

Too warm. I turned my radiator off. I'm above, under, and between apartments, so that keeps me warm for the most part.

Watching a few moments of the Oscars... Why were there new songs for Dreamgirls? Weren't the ones that won it a Tony good enough to see it through?
And Travolta made a joke about Hairspray:The Musical:The Movie.

Saw a fun Cops knock off... LAPD:Life on the Beat. I missed Cops yesterday, it didn't make up for it.
