Well, since lowering my caffine intake and raising my water intake, there's been a shift in my sleeping patterns.
With going to bed earlier and getting up earlier, I'm able to get breakfast in before going to work. I'm eating better than I have in a while.
I'm healthier than I've been in a while.
I even feel better- more energetic, more grounded.
When Farm Fresh opens in a week, I'll be preparing more meals at home- preparing, mind you- not reheating or nuking, but actual cooking.
That will be fun. Spices and stuff, because, honestly I want to smell it.
There are apartment buildings and you walk in and you smell the spices and the burnt and there's just a... feel to it. I want that in my building.
Since it seems nobody's going to step up to the plate, heh, I guess I'll do it.
I see my physical health shift as a hardware upgrade of sorts. With the eating better at home change, when I can start it, that'll be a software upgrade.
