clayhornikOk, I really need to sort out my sleep schedule. It's my day off and I'm awake.
And I think this will be the post I thought about writing yesterday, 'cause I'm hungry. Just hungry. Not "Hungry" or "HUNGRY."
But like yesterday, I woke up and Mr Stomach was gently suggesting I go get something to eat.

I have to go in to the store for a bit today, to pick up supplies for an offsite event: a lecture at the Naro by Bruce Franklin, discussing his book "The Most Important Fish in the Sea."
It's the Blackwater discussion next week that should be really fun to work.
That and the OMGy'all DAVID SEDARIS event at Chrysler Hall on October 7. Now, that will rock.

I watched the last half of Kid Nation last night. A bizarre exercise in team and class dynamics. Despite the dividing the group into four teams, the participants seem supportive of each other no matter what team they're on.
For now.
I'm waiting for the meltdown to come later and the kids go all "Lord of the Flies" on each other. Next week, we get to see what happens when the kids realize Mr Cluckcluck is there for them to eat and not a pet.
Fun.
