I woke up wanting a smoke. I was talked down from that ledge.
Work wasn't too bad until a gentleman needed help in getting "Learn *Language*" books. He was going to be teaching *Language* at *Local 'University'*. LU, as usual, apparently left choosing the books up to the gentleman. English was not his first language.
I found him his books. He didn't have a contact phone number, because, well, standard LU stuff.
After he left, I googled him.
He is apparently a very highly respected academic in his own country.
I can't imagine how frustrating the language and custom barriers must be for him.
All I know is, after all was finished, I wanted a smoke real bad.
