Went grocery shopping with P tonight.  I had fun playing "which child will be diabetic before they turn five".
Most of them, to look at their parents' carts.
"Green is not your enemy" I want to tell them.
How hard is it when even salads come premade in a bag?

I'm so glad my parents raised us on healthy food. It depresses me so much to see obese four-year-olds.
