Aug. 5th, 2003 09:15 amAmazingly enough, despite the six Krispy Kreme donuts I had on sunday, I'm back at 175. There's a new pastery place on College that makes great muffins, and I've been stopping there in the mornings for a blueberry and a coffee, and for lunch I'm joined the cult of Jared at Subway, Deli sandwhichs having as much on them as a 6in sub, but at half the price. Seafood salad for lunch, turkey for dinner (turkey keeps longer).
I've cut my smoking down to about half a pack a day, more when I'm off and have more idle time.
Going to parents for laundry and to wash the dog, that's alway good for better food. Spent time with my parents last week and I know I had more food at dinner- at Frankie's Ribs, I had bar b q chicken, they had the ribs, I had fries and stringbeans for sides- that I'd eaten more at that meal than I usually consume in a day and a half
