Feb. 26th, 2008 11:15 pmI missed the bus this evening and I broke down and took a cab from Downtown to Innsmouth. It was only (ha! "only") $20.
But... I have to admit, there's something totally NYC in my mind about cabs, and when I'm in one, sitting in the backseat, going down Granby Street looking at the clubs, watching people, I think "yeah, you're in a car, but I'm in a cab."
And then it's over with. Taxi Cabs. The whores of the automobile world.
That's me, reachin' for my wallet.
I'm just a john.

Somewhere... that paragraph took a wrong turn.
I blame the ice cream float I had- chocolate with gingerale.
