clayhornikI actually talked last night to some of my neighbours. We were all in the same boat and I actually was able to be sociable with them.
There were some people in the Hague last night, in an inflatable raft. Probably a couple of crazy SEALS.
Right now, she's 100 mi way from Cape Hatteras and should hit us here between 5-730, tho her effects are here already.
Glad I didn't go to parents. They've lost power already. Chesapeake and Virginia Beach have outages.

Should use this opportunity to lose some more weight. Won't be eating too much, deliberately.
Making coffee- that should keep me ok until 3 or so. Coffee and Cigs. Mmmm.

Will try to chronicle the water rise.
The water was quite bracing. I feel... refreshed. Will feel even fresher when the coffee's done.
