Watching the Doctor Who episode The Ark in Space.
It's like "Alien", with a fancy accent.

I remember watching this back in the seventies- on the ABC affiliate oddly enough- and thinking how cool Sarah Jane was.

And when Sarah Jane made her comeback in School Reunion, I was happier about seeing her again than Anthony Head as the bad guy.

I was always impressed with the fact that she was a companion longer than Colin Baker was the Doctor.

She passed away last week.

She'll be missed.

I was surprised to see zero mention of her death on my flist (until now, of course). She was probably the most popular companion.

S06E01 has a dedication to her just before it starts. Short, it's just text, but it was nice.
