clayhornikI'm not going to see the series finale tonight, because A) I have to work and B) I've got other things to think about. Like tormenting a co-worker. That's why I'm writing this actually, I need to get all my ducks in a row.
Rachel's going to France, right? She's going to be taking the baby with her hopefully. Of all of them, she's had the greatest growth as a person. She'll do all right.
Pheobe's married. Good for her. Taking babysteps toward "normal".
Monica and Chandler are moving to the burbs. Getting a real, grown-up house and everything. Good potential for a spinoff there. Oh, wait, it was called "Thirty-Something".
Those two will probably end up self destructing after a few years, she's too controling and he'll probably end up finding solace in the arms of one of his golfing buddies.
Ross is losing his support system. The woman he loves is moving to France, his sister and best friend are moving to the burbs, and Joey's moving to California. All alone in the big bad city, staring across the street at his sister's old apartment. Yeah, it won't be long before something unpleasant happens there.
Joey. Spin-off city there. All the way of the other side of the country, becoming a star. California will eat him alive. He'll lose touch with the others, probably annoying Monica and Chandler with one in the morning phone calls because he'll forget about the time difference. He's not the most tech savvy of the group, so even if the Friends kept in touch with e-mail, he'd be left out. He'll probably end up making porn.
