It's a mashup of Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Will and Grace, where Will is backstage at a fashion show and he's in love with a makeup artist, played by Bill Hader as Stefon the club kid from SNL.  Makeup artist is telling Will he can't be backstage and Will is casual about it until he looks in a wall mirror and realizes he's got the only reflection in a room full of models.  There are dressing  tables in the room and the camera pans across the room you see the absence of reflections on those as well.  Fran Drescher plays the head vampire who was based on Janice Dickinson.
