clayhornikStarbucks IS evil. Breakfast was fried rice w/ chicken and coffe from Tim Hortons. Much smoother than Starbucks. B. brought some down when he was here in December. He brings me Timmys, I send him home w/ Krispy Kreme.
I am SO effing sick of Dale Earnhardt stuff. Glad his son lost the race yesterday. That would have been way too much. Am listening to a Nova Scotia station online and they were talking about him. He was a bully on the track- the INTIMEDATOR... that's not a nickname for a nice person. Did he have some kind of record as a driver? It will be broken. THat's one reason why I don't like sports figures as "FIGURES". Let's see ALS... too complicated a disease name (can't remember what it stands for)- they call it Lou Gherigs Disease. Hate it when they talk abt Hawking having Gherigs Disease. Call it ALS when referring to Hawking. When Hawking dies, rename it Hawkings Disease.
Why isn't Magic Johnson dead yet? Much wailing and rending of clothes will happen when he kicks, but really, what ever acomplishments he acheived will be surpassed. When Howard Asherman died, (who?) the press hardly noticed. Yet GENERATIONS will grow up with Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid. Big picture- who's going to enrich humanity more in the long run?
I hate sports.
Except for Ice Dancing. And that sled thing that was on last night. And skiing. But Ice Dancing was the coolest. The Olympics aren't as annoying as I used to think they were. Except for missing Law & Order.
